Job Description:
The Plumbing/Heating Technical Support Technician provides customer service and technical
support on Bradford White water heating products to service technicians and homeowners in a
fast-paced call center environment. Technical Support Technicians are responsible for answering
telephone and written inquires regarding product operation and features, installation capability,
replacement part needs and ensure customer satisfaction. They must be flexible to work
weekend or night shifts to maintain customer service in our North American call center.
The ideal Plumbing/Heating Technical Support Technician candidate will possess:

2-5 years experience including:
o Installation and servicing of Plumbing/Heating and HVAC products
o Familiar with common practices and terminology in the field of HVAC/Plumbing
services.
o Experienced in dealing with the public and providing exceptional customer
service.
 High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree or technical certification in HVAC
or Plumbing desirable.
 Thorough knowledge of standard practices and terminology in the field of
HVAC/Plumbing services.
 Exceptional Customer Service and problem solving skills.
 Strong verbal and written communications skills.
 Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office business software.
 Ability to quickly grasp and implement new ideas, concepts and programs to improve
department efficiency.
 Able to work weekend or night shifts to maintain customer service in our North American
call center.
