This is why we are committed to supporting and investing in our service programs.” Robert Fleming – Scott Safety Service Manager No Overhaul Required Scott does not require forced parts replacement or overhaul on Scott Air-Pak SCBA. Our holistic design process delivers robust, comprehensive features that allow for cost-effective repairs while avoiding the replacement of major components. Top-Down Convertibility Our products allow you to use a single facepiece, with a single fit test for all NFPA, CBRN, and NIOSH respiratory applications. This total solution approach reduces fit testing, training, and inventory requirements. Extensive Technician Network Scott Safety has an extensive technician network. We are dedicated to providing comprehensive hands-on training to ensure that our technicians have the right skills and knowledge at the right time. Year-over-year, we continue to demonstrate this commitment through significant investments in service training programs at no cost to our service partners and technicians. Best-in-Class Service Training Scott’s specialist level training program supports basic repairs by the end user for harness material, facepieces, cylinder valves, and specific mask mounted regulator parts in order to return equipment to service sooner and reduce labor cost. Comprehensive Warranty Our warranty policy has proven the test of time and is the best in the business. Customers recommend Scott because we demonstrate our reliability and commitment to them long after the initial purchase. Scott Plus, our warranty management system, helps streamline the warranty process — from warranty entitlement to the replenishment of warranty parts — providing you with a convenient service history tracking mechanism. Extended Product Support Service parts are typically available well beyond the warranty period and we continue to provide technical support for legacy products. Opportunity for Upgrades Scott Safety offers a path to extend the life of many products, when feasible, that includes upgrading our Air-Pak SCBA to current NFPA standards and the backwards compatibility of facepieces to previous NFPA standards. THE SCOTT SAFETY SERVICE MODEL At Scott, we recognize that each customer may have different service needs. Some prefer working with our local authorized service centers while others would rather have a dedicated technician onsite.
