5 Needle shaft
Easy grip, easy turn : Lowlet finish.
Dividing structure of needle and needle shaft enables vertical
motion without causing needle revolving.
This structure decreases particle brought from rubbing between
needle and body.
7 Lock nut
Designed to be larger than the knob in diameter,
and this enables locking without accidental operation
of the knob.
4 Housing
No need to remove while panel mounting.
8 Panel nut
Designed to be smaller than the lock nut, and this
prevents loose with the accidental operation after
panel mounting.
3 V Packing
Completely shut out fluids.

◎Before you use this product, carefully read this manual for safety operation. We are not liable to any accident
caused by neglect of our instructions.
◎Use this product in accordance with its specification.
◎Confirm the compatibility of the type of fluid to be used and the material of the part in contact with fluids before
using this product.
◎When mounting a male thread to resin valve, use a pairing female thread made of PTFE, PCTFE, PFA, PE or PP
but the rigid materials such as metallic. Tighten the male thread with correct value of torque. Excessive tightening
may break the product.
◎Do not use this product for liquid containing foreign substances. Such usage may degrade the performance of
the product.
◎Please handle abrasive and coagulable fluids with care not to cleave. Such fluids may degrade the system
performance.
◎When tubing, check the flow direction mark (→) imprinted on the main unit, and I (IN) and O (OUT) makes on its
joint for the correct setting of IN and OUT directions. Reverse tubing may result in abnormal operation.
◎Connect this product not to apply any bending, tensile or compression stress on the valve.
◎Never use this product in a place that could have vibration. Such usage may cause abnormal operation.
◎Never disassemble this product. Neglecting this caution may result in abnormal operation.
● Notes on product warranty
This product is warranted for a period one (1) year from the date of delivery by Surpass Industry Co.,Ltd. Within this
period, we will replace the product with any defect that is undoubtedly due to design or workmanship.
This warranty does not apply to the followings.
Any defective products due to mishandling or improper usage.
Any defective products due to alteration or improper repair by other than Surpass Industry.
Any defective products due to a natural disaster, riot or accident that we are not liable to.
This product is not designed for use with any equipment or in the system that is operated under conditions that
