Cisco Technical Knowledge Library
Cisco Technical Knowledge Library can enhance an IT professional’s learning
experience about the technologies, architectures, and services for solution design and
deployment.
Service Overview
Knowledge Is Power
Today, enabling business innovation and agility is about being able to empower your knowledge workers with the
right kind of information - information that is accessible anywhere, anytime, and with any device. The Cisco®
Technical Knowledge Library subscription service provides your engineering staff and network architects with
access to proprietary intellectual property using an online knowledge portal. This service complements the
offerings available as part of an architecture-led optimization service portfolio and establishes a layer of continuous
learning for your technical staff. The knowledge repository also serves as an additional reference for your staff to
prepare for Cisco certifications.
Ready, Better, and Smarter
Helping Your Team Accelerate the Adoption of New Network Capabilities
The Cisco Technical Knowledge Library offers a variety of technology topics and resources. It empowers your
technical staff to eliminate common errors while designing, deploying, or transitioning to new network capabilities.
Experiential Best Practices Help Elevate Confidence and Reduce Risk
The best-practice knowledge authored by Cisco experts stems from their on-field engagement with top-tier Cisco
customers as well as their participation in the Cisco Advanced Services knowledge program. This experiential
knowledge base, in essence, offers a glimpse into the best practices used by these Cisco experts for various
phases of the network lifecycle.
Service Details
The Cisco Technical Knowledge Library service is delivered remotely using a knowledge portal. The best-practice
knowledge base encompasses a broad scope of Cisco technologies. Design, configuration guides, best practices,
technical tips, leading practice documents, and audio and video resources are available, authored by Cisco
engineers.

cases, test methodologies, case studies, and other self-study resources validated from Cisco experts. Intellishield
security feeds, which provide comprehensive and actionable threat and vulnerability information alerts, help users
identify, prevent, and mitigate IT attacks.
You and the Cisco Sandbox
Giving Your Team an Online Information Conduit with the Cisco Advanced Services Team
The Cisco Technical Knowledge Library Service comes with a web file repository designed to share documents or
other forms of content between your team and Cisco. This allows you to consolidate knowledge, content, or
process documents (such as knowledge-transfer Cisco WebEx® sessions, meeting minutes, audit reports, and
topology diagrams) that get generated alongside other Advanced Services engagements.
