 Ground Impedance of Bits < 1.0 Ω
The accurate electronics assembly requires extremely high
ESD protection. ASG BTL series adopts the unique interior
ring grounding approach, which enable the contact area of
rotary shaft of the bits and grounding end constantly
remains 290mm2.
Also, the machinery parts of BTL series are added special
electrically conducting oil, which enables the grounding
impedance of bits < 1.0 Ω for long period of operating
(about 5,000 hours).
We highly suggest users to periodical maintain the BTL
series with adding our electrically conducting oil to the
machinery parts of BTL series to remain its ESD protection
ability.
 Torque Locking Structure
To keep the torque accuracy of electric screwdriver, we use
the special hex socket cap screw to lock the torque adjusting
ring after the required torque is set. This structure can
prevent the carless touch by users or the vibration during
operation (which may make the torque adjusting ring loose
and change the preset torque).

BTL-02A and BTL-03A are advanced types which are
speed adjustable. Their RPM can be step-less adjusted
between 100 RPM and 750 RPM to meet the working
requirements. BTL-02A and BTL-03A provide full torque
output even under low RPM operation, which work
perfectly for the precise assembly tasks with tiny screws.

Operating instructions
Output Torque/Adjust Dial
1.
User can adjust output torque via changing the Torque spring.
Please refer to the torque/dial table and then turn the “torque
adjusting nut” to set the proper dial for each model of
machine and set to the desired torque for operations.
Make sure the power is switched off to install or replace
screwdriver bits; press the front-end iron cap will allow
the screwdriver bits to be inserted or released.
2. It is recommended to suspend the electric screwdriver by
a flexible balancer for easy operation and prevent its
dropping.
3. Adjust the torque dial to the proper position according to
the dial/torque table for each model.
4. Press the Forward switch to fasten the screw. The
automatic control model will shut off the power and stop
the rotation of the screwdriver bit as soon as the set
torque value is reached.
5. Press the Reverse switch to loosen the screw.
6. Hold and keep the screwdriver in a perpendicular
position with the screw and apply pressure slightly to
prevent slipping.
7. Fix the object operated and operate the electrical power
screwdriver safely.
8. Do not press the forward and reverse switch at the same
time to prevent the short-circuit of the switch.
9. Use it under the normal operation frequency (8 working
hours per day and fasten 800-1000 screws per hour)
without exceeding the operation load will extend the life
time of the electric screwdriver and reduce the
occurrences of malfunction.
10. Please do not fasten wooden screws.
Regular simple maintenance

Check whether all the parts, shell, and power lines are intact
all the time to ensure normal operations. Unplug the power
plug and turn off the power before doing any maintenance
operation to ensure safety. For every 1000 hours operation or
half year, the following cleaning and maintenance operations
to the machine body and the inside are required.

the B model to ensure precise torque and prevent danger.
