Ola I Ka Hana is funded by The Workforce Investment Act, Hawaii County Workforce Investment Board,
Office of Youth Services and the Hawaii State Department of Human Services. Goodwill Industries of Hawaii,

Goodwill’s Ola I Ka Hana program stresses the value of education
and the importance of work experience for Hawaii’s youth.
This program offers free services to
at-risk youth. Each participant works with
their Youth Specialist to develop an
individualized assessment and service
strategy. The strategy addresses
educational goals, job skills, life skills,
and personal development.
Participants also receive job readiness
training sessions to focus on resume
development, job search and
interviewing skills, job applications and
career interests.

 Earn a high school diploma?
PARTICIPANTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR:
 Basic skills enrichment
 Academic preparation for a high school diploma
 GED classes
 Development classes including service learning, character
building, financial literacy, employment preparation, health and
fitness instruction, cultural enrichment and leadership
development.
