COUNSELLING FOR DIPLOMA IN ENGINEERING SEATS-2010
Counselling notice for allotment of 100 State Quota seats for Diploma in Engineering at
ATTC, Bardang, East Sikkim and CCCT, Chisopani, South Sikkim is scheduled on 28th
June 2010 at ATTC, Bardang, East Sikkim at 11:00 a.m.
All applicants who have secured 50% marks in aggregate (Maths & Science) in class X
Board Examination and had submitted their marksheets are instructed to be present for
counselling at ATTC, Bardang. Allotment of seats will be done as per the merit and
State Reservation Policy of the State Government notified vide Notification No.
GOS/19/2009/SCH/HRDD/108 dated 29th June 2009.
Note : Candidates are required to bring the following documents in original :1.

Marksheet class X.
Sikkim Subject/COI of candidate/Father.
BL/ST/OBC/MBC/SC certificate.
If the father/mother of any candidate under OBC/MBC category is working
in the State Government, a certificate signed by HOD stating the post held
by the guardian as on 31st May 2010 should be submitted.
If any of the above documents is found to be fake the candidate loses the right to claim
of the seat. Candidates who fail to attend the counselling session shall lose his/her
claim of the seat.
