incubation services. These services will offer an opportunity for all Entrepreneurs without their own office
accommodation and staff to manage or run an office to use our site and premises as their virtual office.
They will be able to promote and market their products and services online by profiling their work on our
SME Toolkit online business directories. Here individuals or companies will be required to enter into
formal incubation contracts, and then they will use our SME Toolkit site as their online office and will
physical offices at Career Prospects in Roads Park, along Great East Road between Mars Clinic and
northmead - town bus station
The Business Incubator shall act as their office managers for delegated contractual and financial
transactions only to be handled by the Office Manager or Business development Assistants on behalf of
their Company.

and Finance, Business Planning, Human Resources, Legal and Insurance, Marketing and Sales,
Operations and Technology, which can help them in their day to day operations.
Access to free business information on how to grow business and other useful features.
By being incubated and advertising on this website they will be assured of reaching out to many
businesses/institutions and the general public both in Zambia and abroad. Therefore all the business files
will be maintained by the incubator and a monthly advance subscription fee of K150, 000 will paid for
the virtual office rental and subsidized rates on secretarial and office services i.e.: typing, photocopying,
faxing, telephone calls, internet and all other related works will be offered
We will promote multimedia group advertising as away of enhancing the incubator products and services,
and the products and services of the incubated institutions through collaboration with dynamic media
institutions.
