14.1 - Click the Wireless Network Connection icon in the bottom right of the screen (Fig 15)

If the Eduroam connection shows Connected - standard communication should be available.

If the Eduroam connection shows an error, a call must be logged with ICT-help@unisa.ac.za

for further assistance.

9.2 - Deselect > Remember my credentials for this connection each time I’m logged on (Fig 1)

6 .1 – In the Network name field,type: “ Eduroam”

6.2 – In the Security type field, select > WPA2-Enterprise

6.3 – In the Encryption type field, select > AES

1 - Click start > click Control panel

2 - Click Network and Internet > click View network status and tasks

3 - Click Manage wireless networks
