Continue with the second side wall in the same way as for the first side wall. (Fig. 21) Fig. 21 Installing the rear frame Please note: The rear wall is not installed in the same way as the bulkhead to the side walls: As the area around the door has been designed without a sill, i.e. a floor without an abutting edge, the rear wall and floor support slide under the floor panel. They are attached in the usual way, starting in the corner pillars and then moving on to the roof. (Not illustrated) Check that the rubber piping in the corner post profile is undamaged and correctly fitted. Apply GETO PUR 52 adhesive to the floor panel and install the rear wall as described above. (Fig. 23) Fig. 23 Once this is installed, fit the supplied angle brackets on the inside left and right of the rear doors in order to connect the floor panel to the rear wall. (Fig. 24) Fig. 24 Roof Check that the rubber piping in the roof profile is undamaged and correctly fitted. Using GETO PUR Cleaner 2, clean the inside of all four roof corner caps as well as the top of the rear frame and the top corners of the bulkhead and side walls. Apply GETO PUR 21 sealant to the corners of the body as well as the front and rear corner caps. Fig. 25 Place the roof on the assembly. Make sure that the roof is properly positioned and secure it using C clamps. To ensure that the roof slots snugly onto the rear frame, place e.g. a beam at the back and across the roof connection profile and clamp it in place using C clamps. Then clean the wheel box using GETO PUR Cleaner 2 before applying GETO PUR 52 adhesive and bolting the wheel box in place. (Fig. 27) Fig. 27 Installing the bulkhead gusset plate: To enhance the overall appearance, a gusset plate is fitted over the area where the bulkhead joins the side wall (side access). (Fig. 28) Fig. 28 The gusset plate screws onto the inside of the bulkhead.
