TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Terms
Note 1 : Payment must be made within 30 days of the date shown on the invoice.
Note 2 : If payment is not received within 30 days (note 1), there will be an
additional charge for calculations of £10.00 per week, plus 10% of the total amount
due (minimum £50).

Note 3 : The Sound Insulation Checklist (supplied at contract stage) must be
completed BEFORE our Sound Engineer arrives on site to do the Sound
Insulation test. If any conditions on the Checklist have not been met, then a fee will be
applicable to cover the site visit.
Note 4 : If any tests carried out result in a 'Fail', consultation in relation to remedial
work will be offered. Any re-tests required will be offered at a reduced fee.
Note 5 : Our fee does not include for additional site visits or attending meetings, unless
stated in the quote.
Note 6 : Please note that all charges noted above are subject to VAT at the standard rate. All our
work is subject to VAT (i.e not exemptions).
Note 7 : Our fee quote is valid for a period of 3 months.
