Mysterium Barbera d’Asti D.O.C.G. Superiore This Barbera is produced from the oldest vines on the estate, harvested with medium-tardy crop of grapes and fined in allier oak barrels. It perfectly mirrors both the characteristics of the vine (strength, fruitiness, freshness and dryness) and those of the territory in which it is perfectly acclimatised (fineness, mineral olfactory make-up and right tannin content). Intense red colour, shading from purple to black, with strong and ample depths, marked hints of cherries, earth and warm boisé notes (the name Mysterium derives from this complex olfactory spectrum). It presents itself to the palate as warm, concentrated and with the right tannin content; all with an excellent and intense aromatic persistence. Ideal served at 18° - 20º with choice first courses, meat dishes, venison and seasoned cheeses. Finally, it is endowed with considerable ageing capabilities. Name Barbera D’Asti D.O.C.G.
