ambulance, and “Building Ontario One Event at a Time” fees included in entry.
All levels please add $12 CE Levy. Cheques payable to Glenarden Farms.
Note: a photocopy of all current memberships must accompany entry.
Incomplete entries and/or entries received later than CD will be subject to an additional $30 handling fee if processed.
All entries must be sent to the
Secretary or enter online at www.evententries.com. E-payments are encouraged
– wait for instructions from Secretary. Entries are only accepted after payment is received.
Refunds : Before CD, less $30 administration fee. No refunds after closing date. Please include contact email address as all communications will be electronic.
2) TIME SCHEDULE : September 16, 4:00pm - courses open for walking.
September 17, 8:00am dressage, 10:30am stadium, 11:30 cross country.
Starting times will be available September 15 at www.horsetrials.on.ca .
3) OFFICIALS : TD- Linda Plank; CD: Jay Hambly; Judges:TBA
4) STABLING: Very limited $70.00 per stall per night. Stall doors and initial bedding provided. Current Negative Coggins Test required within 6 months if stabling.
5) DRESSAGE: OPT/PT: Test 1; OE/E: Test 2; OPE/PE: Test 1 Dressage rings on grass footing.
6) CROSS COUNTRY : PE: 1400m 350m/m, E: 1750m 350m/m, PT: 1750m
400m/m, all courses mostly flat on grass with a variety of inviting and solid fences.
7) AWARDS: Ribbons to 8th place.
8) ACCOMMODATIONS : Several B&B’s in Fergus.
9) DIRECTIONS: From Fergus: South on County Rd. 29 East on Eramosa
Garafraxa T.L. Rd. From Orangeville: West on Dufferin Rd. 3, South on
Garafraxa 4, West on Eramosa/Garafraxa T.L. Rd. From Erin South on Hwy 124,
North on Earamosa 5 Line (Brucedale) West on Eramosa/Garafraxa T.L.
Rd.From Guelph: North on Hwy 6, East on Hwy 22, North on County Rd. 29 East on Eramosa/Garafraxa T.L. Rd. Glenarden Farms is on the South Side of
Eramosa/Garafraxa T.L. Rd. Do not use GPS to locate Glenarden Farm. You will get lost .
10) OTHER INFORMATION : Vet on call, Medical and Farrier on grounds.
