Overview
This standard is for people who pass on technical or functional information relating to
building services engineering systems and equipment.
The person carrying out this work must be able to supply technical and functional
information accurately on appropriate occasions or at handover with the right amount
of detail bearing in mind the level of awareness of the recipient of the information.
They must also demonstrate the skills and knowledge to be able to:

identify who should receive such information and at what level of detail

supply the information that is within their job capabilities and responsibilities

pass on the necessary safety information in the correct manner.
