A Gas or Plasma Cutter is a vital machine in the fabrication workshop for cutting any size
plate of steel using oxy-acetylene or plasma. Plasma gives a better quality cut but gas
machines are ideal for cutting through deeper sections. Depending on floor space
available, either a cantilever or portal type can be supplied.
The scanning system traces a drawing placed under the optical eye which is a simple
and easy method to cut shapes out of any plate and great for first time users. For
shapes of a more intricate nature a CNC system can be the ideal solution with drawings
created being sent direct from the computer to the CNC unit.
Our experienced and dedicated team will ensure the machine is dismantled, re-sprayed,
worn parts replaced, assembled, fully serviced and tested before despatch.
