SHORT DESCRIPTION
Structure
HT-250A-17DT Drawing Machine for Copper Wires is used to draw Φ3.5mm copper wire into φ0.4 - 1.6mm.
The line is consisted of the following main parts, i.e. the drawing machine, the annealer and the spooler,
emulsion system, tooth wheel lubricating system, electrical control cabinet.
Wire run
Wire supplied from the basket pay-off, drawn by the drawing machine, via the annealer, finally rewinded on
DIN 630 bobbins by the spooler.

Security: A protective switch is installed on the cover of the emulsion tank on drawing machine in order to form
a security protection system with the urgent stop button on the control desk and security door switch on the

A circulation pump is installed inside the gear box to cool and lubricate the gears.

Bobbin loading and unloading, bobbin clamping, the safety pins are controlled in pneumatic way.
Traverse width, wire pitches are adjustable.
This spooler is shaftless type, driven by AC motor by flat belts.
After the machine is started, the spooling speed rises with the acceleration of 0.5m/s2, until reach to the preset
speed, then the machine is in steady running. When in normal stopping (Including automatically stop when
bobbins are full), the spooling speed reduced at the acceleration speed of 0.5m/ s2. After the wire speed is lower
than 1m/s, movements the brake starts and the complete machine is stopped. This way guarantees no wire
broken in the whole drawing processes.
The oil tank is in welding structure, the volume is 25 liters.

data.
4. General
The electric control of the whole line is completely cabled and connected.
The cable connections are already prepared to comply with the necessities at the erection site. Before shipment
the complete electric equipment will be checked in our works and be subject to a test run (without wire)

VII. ENTIRE EQUIPMENT AND COMMISSIONING
Item 1 HT - 250-17D Drawing Machine for Copper Wires
Scope of supply as described under section V
Item 2 Commissioning
- Inspection and acceptance of customer's assembly
- Training / introduction of the operating and maintenance personnel
- Acceptance / handing over of the complete line
- Commissioning (2 persons, one electrical engineer; one mechanical engineer; users will provide a Chinese
interpreter if necessary).
- Duration of commissioning: abt. 20 working days, 4 weeks.
- Daily working time: 8 -10 hours
- Round-trip air tickets; local board & lodging; working meals at the user’s site and in Hotel as well as transfer
between hotel and company should be paid by the user. And the user shall pay USD 50.00/person/day as
allowance to our engineers.
If the commissioning is delayed for reasons which are beyond HONTA's control, the additional commissioning
costs are to be borne by the customer.
Condition for the commissioning is that the line is completely assembled by the customer, and all required
operating material is placed at disposal.
