the heart of the Arabian peninsula.
Buraidah lies equidistant from the Red
Sea to the west and the Persian Gulf to
the east. It has a population of 609,000
(2010 census).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The treatment plant is a carousel aeration process and will includes an Inlet Works structure, Aeration Tanks (3off), Thickening
Tanks (3off), Chlorine Contact Tanks (12off) RC Tanks (rectangular), Sludge Press House (2off), a Pumping Station for return
liquor, Irrigation Waste water and Activated Sludge Ancillary Facilities such as a generator house, admin building, laboratory
and security.
