REINSTALL OVERFLOW PIPE AFTER SEPARATOR HAS BEEN REMOVED STEP 2 REMOVE SCREWS FROM UPPER “U” BRACKET AND REMOVE BRACKET REMOVE SCREWS FROM LOWER RACK BRACKET AND REMOVE BRACKET REMOVE SCREW FROM FLUSH PIPE STEP 3 PUSH THE FLUSH PIPE TOWARD THE REAR ON THE WASH TANK TO CLEAR IT FROM THE WASH PUMP. TILT IT SLIGHTLY FORWARD AND CONTINUE TO PUSH IT BACK UNTIL IT CLEARS THE WASH PUMP CONNECTOR. PULL BOX FORWARD TO UNCLIP IT FROM THE REAR CLIP AND THEN SLIGHTLY TO THE RIGHT TO CLEAR THE FRAME. REMOVE HOSE **BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOOSE SEALS** STEP #2 REMOVE LOCKING COLLARS FROM THE SUCTION AND DISCHARGE PORTS 10mm DEEP WELL SOCKET STEP #3 LOOSEN LOOSEN REMOVE REMOVE REMOVE THE LOWER TWO SCREWS FROM THE PANEL AND LOOSEN THE UPPER TWO STEP #1 DISCHARGE HOSE. REMOVED **BE CAREFUL NOT TO LOOSE SEALS** ** STEP #2 LOCKING COLLARS REMOVED FROM THE SUCTION AND DISCHARGE PORTS 10mm DEEP WELL SOCKET STEP #3 REMOVED THE LOWER TWO SCREWS FROM THE PANEL AND LOOSENED THE UPPER TWO STEP #4 REMOVE WIRE HARNESS FROM WIRE SADDLES ALSO REMOVE LARGE BLACK WIRE TIES FROM WIRE BUNDLE. PULL BACK ON PUMP TO FREE IT FROM SUCTION AND DISCHARGE PORTS LIFT PUMP AND BRACE C FROM O HOLDING BOLTS AND SET ON FLOOR.
