Star Favorit are melamine faced chipboards
consisting exclusively of high-quality components.
From the core, the homogeneous chipboard, to proprietary resin production, the
impregnating of decor papers, all the way to processing on state-of-the-art machines,
quality is the uppermost dictum.
For furniture parts, Star Favorit is the ideal material with an optimal cost/benefit ratio.
Special products such as Star Favorit Superfront are the right choice for extremely
stressed components such as fronts or table tops. Moreover, Star Favorit not only
glistens with our comprehensive selection of high-gloss variants (high gloss, brilliant
and reflective gloss), it also does so with the decor combination. This means that, even
combined with all sorts of materials variants, the surfaces and edges are available in
unified decors.

Star Favorit Standard
FunderMax Star Favorit panels
are melamine resin laminated flat-pressed panels of type
MFB in compliance with EN 14322 and 14323. In their
standard implementation, they are produced from E1 P2
chipboard and resin-impregnated decor films.
Star Favorit panels are suitable for interior applications for
all types of carcass furniture in apartment and commercial
buildings.
Disposal at official industrial waste depots presents
no problems. All specific national laws and regulations
regarding disposal and/or incineration are to be strictly
observed. ÖNORM S 2100 List of Waste – approved key
numbers including 17115: Chipboard Production Waste;
17114: Dust and Mud from Chipboard Production; 57104:
Impregnating Resins; 57128: PE Wastes.
We would be glad to answer any queries you may have in
connection with the disposal of FunderMax laminates.

The classic for furniture and interior fitting.
The resistant, physiologically unobjectionable finish
is abrasion-resistant, scratch-resistant and food-safe.
A surface material available in finishes ranging from mirror gloss to royal matt, it is
especially easy to process due to its thickness and is therefore valued particularly for
customised furniture and shopfitting manufacturing. In addition to the comprehensive
selection, hundreds of decor variants are possible with the Dualis overlays.
With customised decors, the range of designs is practically infinite.

are duromer high pressure laminates (HPL) type HGS in
compliance with EN 438-3.
These panels are distinguished by their high resistance to
abrasion, impact and scratching as well as their good
thermal resistance. They are largely insensitive to standard
household chemicals, are hygienic, suitable for contact
with food and are easy to clean.

We calculate the best possible off-cut for you. Saw
blade thickness = 5 mm. Any off-cuts can be included
with the delivery upon request. Please note: All surface
finishes can be custom manufactured independent of
decor, e.g., pore structure on plain colours, fine hammer
embossing on wood reproductions.
There is a minimum order of 100 panels per decor for
Mirror Gloss finishes in plain colours is 100 pieces in
the 2800 x 1300 mm format. Please contact us regarding Mirror Gloss finish for wood grain or patterned
decors. The surface finishes Matt, Softmatt and Mirror
Gloss cannot be produced in plain colours in the 4100 x
1300 mm format. Max laminate panels with SG finish are
always delivered with protective foil. During the adhesive process, do not exceed the maximum temperature
of 60° C! Upon request, Max laminate panels can also
be supplied roughly cut to size for a surcharge.

Please allow extended delivery time for special requests
regarding formats, thickness dimensions or surface

furniture production. To avoid dark edges on laminated

under the influence of heat around the rounded edge of a
carrier material. They are primarily used for manufacturing furniture elements such as kitchen worktops.

Via its unique wet method, the natural resins found in wood
are activated and drawn on for forming stability.
After the pressing process and hardening, the hardboard panels are absolutely emission-free and environmentally sound. The areas of application for hardboard panels
are numerous: In the door industry they are used for covers, frames and door posts; in
the furniture industry for foundation boards, drawer bottoms, shopfitting and furniture
partition panels; and in the construction industry for billboard walls, sheeting and roller
shutting housing.
