If the car park is closed or full please park in the Overflow (lakeside) carpark and
inform Reception or University Security
Do not park this bus on Union Hill, or in the Loading Bay
Small Bus Permit:
Make sure you know if you need to be driving under a Small Bus Permit or not.
Read the Minibus Handbook and talk to union staff if you are unsure.
Returned Keys:
If Reception is closed on your return, return keys to Senate House Security
The Hirer is responsible for ensuring the online log is completed for each journey,
and the vehicle must be returned in a satisfactory condition
