TENDER FORM
This office intends to invite vendors who can maintain the functioning of RO
installed at Andhra Pradesh Bhawan New Delhi. In this connection sealed tenders
are invited from the registered vendors for maintaining the RO systems installed at
Andhra Pradesh Bhawan, Resident Commissioner’s Office, Legal Cell,
Swaranamukhi Block, Godawari Block for a period of one year.
Tenders duly accompanied with earnest money in the form of DD or Cash for
Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) pledged to the Assistant Accounts Officer,
AP Bhavan, New Delhi Sealed quotations are invited favouring the Resident
Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhawan, New Delhi by 4PM on or before 31st
December 2015 through Registered Post or By Hand which shall be opened on 31st
December 2015 at 4PM or any other day convenient to the undersigned in presence
of the renderers who may choose to be present. Tender forms along with detailed
terms and conditions can be had from Administrative Officer Andhra Pradesh
Bhawan New Delhi by paying a non refundable tender fee of Rs. 100/- during
working hours on terms and conditions as per Annexure A.

I further affirm that I have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the
contract and agree to abide by all of these. Which have been signed by me in token of
acceptance I fully understand that in case of my failure to fully/abide by the prescribed terms
and conditions. I will forfeit right to continue my business and also the earnest money
pledged to the A.P.Bhavan.
After my offer is accepted, I will execute a formal deed with the AP Bhavan with the
period as may be prescribed by the A.P.Bhavan and I shall be bound by all such conditions
laid down therein.

ANNEXURE A

The contract is for maintaining ROs installed at Andhra Pradesh Bhawa, Legal
Cell, Resident Commissioners office, Swaranamukhi block, Godawari Block
will be for a period of one year.

The vendor will maintain very high level of maintenance of resources. Details
of complaints and repairs to be carried out will be recorded by the vendor in
the register maintained for the purpose with the office of the Administrative
Officer, Andhra Pradesh Bhawan. Any complaint remain unattended for more
than four hours will be viewed seriously and will attract penalty.

In case of any unsatisfactory services provided by the vendor during the
contract period, penalty will be imposed for the losses sustained.

If vendor fails to attend any complaint made, same will be rectified by calling a
substitute vendor from outside. The charges so charged by the alternate
vendor will be made good from the bill submitted by the vendor.

For any wrongful and deliberate attempt by the vendor resulting in damages
to the property of the Andhra Pradesh Bhawan, this will be viewed seriously
and the vendor will have to make the losses good at his own cost and risk.

The vendor will not depute any unauthorized person to handle the system. If
vendor fails to comply with the instructions, the user will get the problem/
complaint resolved by any other agency. The expenses so incurred will be
deducted from the AMC bill of the vendor.

The vendor will present bank guarantee of an amount of Rs. _____ which is
equal to 10% of the total amount of the contract. AMC charges from any
nationalized bank towards security deposit or pay the amount in full to A/Cs
towards security deposit.

Andhra Pradesh Bhawan Authorities will make payment of AMC quarterly on
satisfactory performance of the vendor.

In case of any unsatisfactory services rendered by the vendor, during the
contract period, suitable penalty will be imposed on the vendor which will be
decided by the Resident Commissioner, Andhra Pradesh Bhawan and the
same will be deducted from the quarterly bill of the vendor.
10.
If during the contract it is found that the services rendered by the vendor is not
satisfactory, the contract will be terminated without assigning any reason
whatsoever may be.
11.
The renewal of contract will be considered by seeing the satisfactory
performance of the vendor and with mutual consent of both.X
