Note: For Blue, Burgundy and Black folders, we
suggest silver or gold ink only as other colors may not
produce pleasing results.
How to Submit Artwork
There are a few ways of submitting your artwork to us
1. If we already have your logo on file, please indicate
that you would like us to use it for this product.
2. If you have a logo, please send an eps file to
aslegal@aslegal.com and reference your account
number, presentation folder and your order number
(if you have it).
3. If you do not have a logo, you can either send us a
sample of your most recent letterhead and we can
match the typestyle used OR you can choose from
thousands of typestyles – our most popular can be
viewed at www.aslegal.com/engraving.
Special typefaces, logos, photographs and other artwork
can be produced in most production processes. However,
very thin typestyles are not recommended. Please
call 800.222.0510 for help in determining the best
production process for your imprint.
How to Place your order
Remember to provide the following:
1. Presentation Folder and/or Envelope stock number
2. Quantity (minimum of 100)
3. Personalization copy/artwork
4. Personalization process & color
5. Personalization area
6. Email address and individual to contact for
proof approval
A proof approval request will be sent to you from
proofservices@aslegal.com within 3 business days of
receipt of order and artwork.
Stock personalized presentation folders will be shipped
within 7-10 business days after proof approval. Custom
presentation folders may take longer.
