Design
CPM uses a combination of extensive industry knowledge,
and state of the art CAD software to produce designs and
concepts to meet almost any requirements. This, along with
our collaboration with qualified engineers means our clients
are guaranteed satisfaction.
Supply
Sloop Concept Design Stage
CPM has built many supplier relationships over the years, giving us excellent value for money and reliability
when purchasing materials, and gives us great flexibility in sourcing 3rd party products. Most raw materials can
be received within the next day of ordering from our suppliers, and the amount of steel we process often means
materials can be sourced from stock, further improving our procurement times.
Fabrication
All of our hydraulic Rod Sloops are 100% fabricated in our 3000m²
Gympie workshop facility. We have incorporated several
innovations to fast-track our sloop fabrication, including the
development of a ‘turn-style’ jig to vastly improve welding and
handling times. Our overhead gantry crane also improves our
handling times and capabilities.
Sloops During Fabrication
Blast & Paint
All our blasting and painting services are performed in a neighbouring facility, with the ability to paint to any
standards or requirements specified by our clients. This relationship allows CPM to release a finished product of
the highest standard, with the minimum of fuss.
Fit-out
Our sloops are fully assembled, tested and ready to use by our team
of experienced fitters. Once supplied, all our hydraulic works are
performed in-house, giving us flexibility in design and turn around.
All products come fully certified with complete traceability.

Our hydraulic sloop pricing structure varies between designs, and is tailored to suit our customer’s individual
specifications. We have also previously sought options for leasing our rod sloops, which remains an option if
