The Manufacturing Technology certificate is designed to
provide students with the technical skills and knowledge
needed in today’s advanced manufacturing industry to be
qualified for positions such as detailers, drafters, CAD and
CNC operators, and QA/QC Technicians. Students develop
the necessary competencies through completing relevant
course work and projects and participating in a co-op.
This is a 12-month, three-semester, fast-track program for
students who already hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree
or who intend to pursue an associate’s degree. This
certificate fully transfers into the Associate in Science in
General Studies degree.
