Important information regarding our services and basic term of sale
Commissioning, Consultancy, Design Service & Programming Pricing With over 25 years lighting manufacturing experience and over 12 years within LED Strips we can greatly assist with your
bespoke requirements. We offer full consultancy and design services to cater to your needs with full R&D, metal working,
paint shop and 3D design facilities at your disposal. For bespoke/OEM projects we can discuss your project and support your
needs accordingly.
We offer on site commissioning and programming at a cost of £500 per man per day exclusive of travel expenses. Should
you require custom programming that is office based the cost is £250 for half a day and £500 for a full day.
Returns policy
Any product that is deemed to be faulty under the supply only pricing structure must be returned to Digit.al for inspection
whereby a replacement will be issued or the relevant repairs carried out. We do not accept liability for any cost incurred
due to this standard process. No out of pocket expense will be covered by Digit.al. There may be a cost incurred, if the
product has been damaged. This cost will be minimised to serve the customers best interest. A full quotation will be
offered prior to repair with an explanation of the fault and possible cause.
Digit.al offers a full “back to base” 1 year warranty on all products. This means any product deemed to be faulty needs to
be sent to the address outlined at the bottom of this page. Extended warranties on certain product ranges is available.
Payments
All payments to Digit.al must be made within the terms of sale provided at the time of sale. The details will be displayed
on the quotation and subsequent invoice.
