JOB SUMMARY
Mainly responsible for factory operation budgeting, spending analysing and reporting system
build, process control and report review. Oversee whole factory daily operation expense
spending to assure P/L performance meet targets.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Collaborate closely with the finance team and factory functional departments to
prepare factory operation budget, deploy to department and project and monitor daily
spending
Collaborate with finance team to analyse monthly department and project spending
variances between budget vs. actual
Collaborate with finance team to analyse monthly variances for direct material, direct
labour and manufacturing overhead per project
Check purchase requisition to assure spending under control and within budget
Check expenses reimbursement comply with policies and within budget
Collaborate with continuous improvement team to drive operation saving projects
Verify the actual saving from operation cost down activities
Collaborate with integrated supply chain team to organize regular rolling stock taking
Collaborate with accounting team to summarize stock deviation finding
Organize stock owners analyse stock deviation root cause and improve action taking
Collaborate with finance team to organize asset management process and regular
physical count
Collaborate with key account team to ensure proper and timely billing to customer for
reimbursement of Capex and tooling expenditure
Find and drive operation cost down opportunities from finance point of view
Co-owner to hit factory operation profit target

Develop and formulize factory budgeting vs. spending management process with
documented control points and regular reporting system
Control project life time cost to meet P/L target Monthly and weekly reporting to top management per factory control performance
QUALIFICATIONS
•
Bachelor degree prefer in finance, accounting, science or engineering discipline

10+ year Factory Finance Control Management Experience of which latest 3+ years in
Finance controller role in Multinational Manufacturing Facilities.
Fluent in English (writing & speaking)
Sensitive to number and details with data mining to information & knowledge skills
Well excel and PPT and presentation ability
Well communication working in an international and multicultural team.
Sound knowledge of operation budgeting, deploying, analyzing and cost down
management in large size manufacturing environment.
Familiar with Kingdee ERP software and implementation of ERP system is a plus.
