The following table lists combined city and county mill levy rates for selected municipalities. You will note that some of the cities listed on the
chart show more than one possible “Total City/County Mill Levy”. This is the result of that city having boundaries that are included in more than
one county.
Please remember that there are various other taxing entities that also impact overall mill levy with communities. In Broomfield, there are 6
school districts, a fire district and 48 potential special districts which could contribute to any one property owner’s overall mill levy. The table
below shows the current mill levies in effect for the school districts that impact Broomfield – again, depending on which district your property is
in, your total mill levy could vary once you apply the appropriate school district mill. This would be the case for all of the cities listed in the
above chart as well (although the specific districts that overlap with each of those cities can vary).
