For a fixed fee of approximately $65 per person, our cleaning contractors will deeply clean your apartment to the specifications of the cleaning checklist. If they miss something, they come back and correct it for no additional cost. As long as you remove your personal belongings and trash, the cleaning costs are fixed and predictable per tenant, and no one gets stuck cleaning up after their roommates to protect their security deposit from a big charge from an hourly cleaning service bill. Our management team directs and inspects their work after your lease ends during the turnover so you don’t even have to deal with making appointments and overseeing the work.
