User Instructions
Welcome to the NTU Online course information system! The following list
includes user-friendly steps and suggestions for using the website:
1. Link: https://nol.ntu.edu.tw/nol/guest/index.php
2. If the site appears in Chinese, select the English version on the
upper-right corner of the webpage.
3.
Select “Courses taught in English”
4.
Select “2013-1” or “13-1” for the semester beginning in September
2013, and select “2013-2” or “13-2” for the second semester starting
from February 2013.
 Keep in mind that Taiwan has a different method for counting
years. Because the Republic of China was founded in 1912, the
ROC year 101 = 2013. The first semester of every academic year
in Taiwan begins in September.
5.
Select “College” on the list to see what English courses are provided
in each college.
6.
You can access detailed course information by clicking on the
“course name” link and you can find the contact information of the
instructor under the “instructor” item. If you find the course
information provided is not detailed enough, please feel free to
contact the instructor with questions and inquiries.
7.
You can use the “My Plan-to-take Courses List” by pressing “Add” in
the last column. Then you will be able to see the courses you are
interested in, as well as the course schedule on the list page. You
can also access this page by pressing “我預計要選的課程” on the
left-hand side of the main webpage at any time.


Br aware that your NTU student ID number is the account name
in order to log into this function.
The courses added to the “My Plan-to-take” course list are just
courses you are interested in – not the courses you have
registered for. Therefore, please remember to register your
courses via the “Course Selection” website during the online
course selection period.
