REPAIR PRIORITY* 1) Problems that have or could cause damage to the interior of the home, e.g. leaks. 2) Problems that involving the exterior of the home but, as of yet, pose no threat to the interior, e.g. missing shingles or damaged gutters. 3) Repairs to streets, driveways or sidewalks unless the problem poses a threat to safety. 4) Aesthetic issues unless they are of such consequence that safety or property values would or could be effected, e.g. a wind storm severly damaging trees. *NOTE: each problem would be evaluated as it arises to determine where it would fall in priority. Items on the list would be handled first according to assigned priority, then according to seniority. 5/19/08
