In reference to your request, we hereby confirm authorization to use our trademark exclusively for the purpose of promotion and
sale of our products, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Dropsa SpA authorizes you to use the “Dropsa SpA” registered trademark, exclusively for identification , promotion and
sales of the following products :

This authorization agreement is subject to immediate termination without notice unless the following obligations are met:
a) Dropsa trademarks must be used in the identical graphical form indicated in the attachment (All.1) without any changes
and exclusively for the above mentioned purposes
b) The trademark must not be used in any way that might harm the brand or that might in any way mislead the public’s
perception of origin or type of product or used in any way to promote, sell or commercialize other products.
You are expressly forbidden from transferring this authorization or assigning any form of sub-license to third parties
(including any subcontractors) relating to the use of our trademarks in any form whatsoever.
This agreement is valid for 1 year from the date of this agreement. Subsequently, this agreement shall be considered
automatically renewed year on year unless the notice is given 3 months before the annual expiry date.
This agreement will automatically be considered void in the event of your violation of clauses n.2 or n.3 of article 1456 of the
Italian civil code.
Dropsa SpA has the right to recover the value of all costs from you as a result of your violation of this agreement or any such
behavior or activity you may engage whose result incurs us costs, expenses, losses and/or damages in any form and in any
amount.
In the event of termination of this agreement, you will immediately cease without delay from using the Dropsa trademark.

If you are in agreement with the above stated terms and conditions of use, please return to us a signed copy of this agreement,
duly signed to indicate your full acceptance.
