FEATURES:
• For use in vestibules, lobbies, staging areas, reception areas,
waiting rooms and other customer greeting areas.
• Heated air curtains are not designed to hold 100% of incoming
cold air, as the required air velocity generated would be
uncomfortable to patrons. The incoming cold air is entrained in
the warm curtain of air, thus maintaining comfort levels.
• Heated units also reduce the wind chill effect of personnel
walking through or standing near an opening.
• Heated units supplied with pre-wired heater control box for
efficient installation.
• Wall-mounted 24-volt thermostat for temperature control.
• Multiple coil capacities for proper application requirements.
• Heater control panel mounts in front of nozzle, below grill.
• Available as a factory-installed option for new air curtains or
as a retro-fit kit for existing air curtains.
Note: Heated models designed primarily for front door entrances to supplement existing heat and to prevent infiltration of colder outside air. Heated
units not recommended for areas subject to high winds or for door heights over 10-feet from nozzle to floor. Automatic door switch is not recommended for heated units.
