We would like to share with you some recent organizational changes within ARS
Recycling Systems, LLC that we expect will allow you to continue to receive the service
and support you have historically benefitted from.
Retirement!
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the partial retirement
of ARS Founder and Vice President, Mr. Victor Pallotta.
Although Victor looks to reduce his work week, he will continue
to remain involved in the business as an ambassador for ARS and
in supporting our customers.
Victor has contributed twenty-five years of leadership and
experience to this company. His achievements will not be
forgotten. We will not only miss the "technical expertise" but his
ever-present good cheer.
On behalf of everyone here at ARS, we wish Victor the very best
in his new endeavors and his golf swing!
2016 is an exciting year for us as the organization celebrates its 25th Anniversary. We
have many initiatives, including the development of new products to better assist our
customers in effective & efficient performance of their work.
Additionally, we have expanded our Sales Department to better support our existing
customers and to develop relationships with new ones.
ARS Appoints Mr. Doug Reed as Director of Sales
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Doug Reed to Director
of Sales. Doug has previously held the position of Rental Fleet
Manager, which showcased his ability to succeed in self sourcing
business sales and client management. Highly motivated to develop
new business activities, Doug is developing global sales strategies and
directives for our company. His extensive experience and sales
leadership will help ensure we achieve our long term growth
aspirations.

ARS Recycling Systems Welcomes New Sales Manager
ARS Recycling Systems welcomes Mr. Tom Ristvey to their growing
sales force. Tom has been appointed as Sales Manager to oversee and
manage an ever increasing presence in North America.
Based in Hermitage, PA, Tom joins ARS with 15 years of successful
sales experience. His career has included prior Sales and Management
roles with corporate entities Apollo, Strategic Energy and Novartis. His
entrepreneurial spirit shall be an additional benefit for ARS.

We also have reason to be excited about expanding our technology internationally. ARS
has the only CE Certified All-in-One steel grit blasting and recycling unit recently
patented directive for marine use worldwide.
We have recently completed a successful four month trial of our technology in the Royal
Navy Shipyard in Scotland. We hope this is the beginning of expanding the benefits of our
equipment into other parts of the world.
We are excited about our future and have much to celebrate during our 25th Year. We
look forward to serving you, our customer, for the next 25 years.
