Knowledge of accou unting principles as they y relate to prrocurement and the maintenance off inventory recordss. Knowledge of the various v grade es and qualities of a varriety of mate erials, supplies and equip pment commo only used in municipal m op perations and of the neeeds of variou us departme ents of the College. Ability to t prepare specificationss, analyze bid ds, and perfform other n necessary pu urchasing fun nctions. Knowled EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associate's Degree from an accredited two (2) year college or university. Three (3) years of responsible purchasing experience. (A comparable amount of training, education, or experience may be substituted for the above minimum qualifications.) LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, OR REGISTRATIONS: None ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL SKILLS: Light to moderate (up to 50 pounds) lifting and carrying.
