There will be a number of quizzes covering material currently being studied. Quizzes and tests will be directed towards the CPA exam. Come to class prepared. 3. This is a challenging course. Personal commitment, hard work and active participation are required. Class attendance is essential for success in the class. Intermediate Accounting II is the hardest course in the accounting series. This course is only for SERIOUS students. 4. The University Policy on Academic Integrity can be found at http://my.ucsc.edu. This policy will be strictly followed in the class. 5. All homework and reading assignments should be completed on the day assigned and will be collected in section.
