Impression is available with three CRI options, 82, 92 or 97. The premium 92 & 97 CRI option delivers a high color
rendering LED light source, comparable to that of the best conventional lamps available today. Along with high
R1 - R8 values for the typical pastel colors that make up CRI, the 92 CRI array beautifully renders the saturated
colors of the additional R9-R16 components. For special applications such as museum lighting, the Ultra 97 CRI
series is available by special order. The Ultra 97 CRI series features a R9 value of 98 to enhance red colors and a
R15 value of 98 to enable realistic human skin representation.

Color consistency is a critical detail in architectural
lighting. Impression luminaires are available in a
wide range of color temperatures including 2700K,
3000K, 3500K and 4100K. Each color temperature is
offered as a standard with a 3 step MacAdam ellipse
tolerance where tight color binning ensures fixtureto-fixture uniformity and color differentiation is
unnoticeable by human perception.

1 - THERMAL MANAGEMENT
4 - HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT
Impression utilizes state-of-the-art active thermal management. As
the turbulent air pulse from the SynJet travels down the heat sink fin
channel, it strips away the boundary layer of hot, stagnant air next to
the fin surface. Active thermal cooling allows Impression to effectively
operate the higher lumen packages offered within Impression LED,
while operating well below the recommended operating junction
temperature. Impression LED delivers a minimum of 50,000 hours of
operation at 70 percent lumen depreciation (L70).
Impression adjustable features lockable 360 degree horizontal
rotation. Horizontal rotation is accomplished from below the ceiling
via a tool or tool-less knob.
2 - LED Light engine
Impression offers various light source options including MR-16
and MR-16 LED. Single point LEDs are utilized and deliver uniform,
high quality illumination without pixilation. Light engines are easily
accessible from below the ceiling, allowing for easy maintenance and
future upgrades.
3 - VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT
The adjustable Impression luminaire features 0 to 40-degree vertical
tilt with precise center beam optics. Vertical tilt is accomplished from
below the ceiling via a tool or tool-less adjustment knob. Hot aiming
and vertical tilt locking is offered as a standard feature.
5 - Optics
Flood and spot reflectors feature precise European design and
construction. The compact accent reflectors are constructed of an
optical grade metalized PC designed for high temperature conditions.
The deep-set LED array provides the best possible shielding and glare
control while delivering crisp, bright light. The new “KO Spot Optic”
features a 12˚ beam with industry leading CBCP and minimal field.
Additional Impression LED optics include - 16, 24, 37 and 60 degree.
6 - Accessories
Impression offers multiple accessories for additional light control for
the downlight and adjustable models. Choose from diffusion filters,
color filters and louvers. A two media accessory holder is included as a
standard with the luminaire.

ROUND OR SQUARE TRIMLESS
In response to recent design trends, Impression offers
a variety of trim options including trimless for all round
and square trims. Trimless is ideal when a seamless, crisp
and easy to clean option is desired. A perforated plaster
ring provides improved installation success while creating
a sleek, sophisticated, non-obtrusive aesthetic. Every
luminaire is supplied with a cardboard overspray protector
to shield the internal electronics and light engine from
plaster, paint and dust.
