Chapter 11 OFFENSES AND MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS* Section. 11-1. Reserved. Editor's note -Section 11-1, requiring a permit for door to door solicitation, has been omitted as disapproved by the Attorney General. Section. 11-2. Obstruction of Public Passages. No person shall be or remain upon any sidewalk, doorway, stairs, public passageway to any church or public hall or office or upon any steps, portico or other protection from any house or other building to the obstruction of any person lawfully entitled to pass, inhabit or resort thereto; and no person shall sit or be upon any wall, fence, railing, bank of doorsteps facing upon any street or public place, not being the occupant or owner thereof, without the consent of the owner or occupant of the premises, or after being requested by the owner or any occupant of the premises to disperse. No land within the Town of Millbury may be used for the collection, treatment, storage, burial, incineration, or disposal of radioactive waste, including but not limited to wastes classified as low-level radioactive waste. (Bylaws Art. 16, 12-7-81) 92 Section. 11-4. Coin-Operated Amusement Devices. The number of coin-operated amusement devices, such as pinball and arcade games listed in the following groups: a. Electronic gun or target games, b. Coin-operated pin ball games, c. Simulated sport games, e.g., baseball, hockey, etc. d. Coin-operated skee ball games, e. Coin-operated computer games, etc., f Coin-operated simulated driving and/or racing games, and g. Coin-operated video games, shall be limited to a total of three (3) in any one (1) business establishment as described in the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 140, Section 181, in the Town of Millbury. The limitation on the number of coin-operated amusement devices in a business shall not apply to any business establishment devoted primarily to providing "family-type amusement” to the public and conducted on a site containing at least five (5) continuous acres of area. For the purpose of this bylaw, a business establishment providing “family-type amusement” shall mean a business offering separate recreational facilities for children and adults and not serving alcoholic beverages. No such establishment shall be operated without the license from the Board of Selectmen required by the Massachusetts General Laws.
