With the introduction of its Generation 3 downlights, Juno has taken the next step in the
development of LED lighting. Juno LED downlights now feature greater efficiency, higher
performance, and more sophisticated optics than ever before. Most fixtures are ENERGY STAR®
Qualified and certified to meet the high efficacy requirements of California Title 24-2008.
For the new Generation 3 LED line, Juno has reduced the energy consumption of its 600-lumen,
IC-rated downlight by over 25% and added a new 900-lumen IC-rated fixture that consumes just
14.6 watts. And now, a brand new 4" LED downlight joins the 5" and 6" fixtures, adding even
more style and flair to the collection.
The Generation 3 family continues to grow with the introduction of new Retrofit LED Downlight
Trim Modules and Retrofit LED Eyeball Trim Modules. These ultra-efficient lighting products
open-up a raft of new application possibilities, offering all the benefits of the latest breakthroughs

When it comes to saving energy, no other light source can compare with LEDs. They use as
little as 15% of the energy of conventional lighting. And with no IR emissions, cool operating
temperatures substantially reduce air conditioning loads, providing even greater savings.
Also, LEDs do not produce UV emissions, saving potentially expensive damage to light
sensitive objects and materials.
Furthermore, all Juno LED Downlights offer an expected 50,000-hour service life, resulting in over
11 years of maintenance-free operation based on 12 hours of usage per day. That’s 25 times the life
expectancy of incandescent; 5 times that of compact fluorescent. In residential applications and
other low usage environments, service life could outlast the ownership of the property, truly
redefining “maintenance-free.”
But just as important is the contribution of LED lighting to sustaining our planet’s resources and
protecting the quality of our environment. LEDs contain no lead, mercury, or PCBs; and do not have
the lamp disposal issues associated with CFL and Ceramic Metal Halide (CMH) lamps. This ultraefficient light source is an invaluable asset in achieving compliance with ever-tightening energy
conservation regulations and the pursuit of increasingly important “green” initiatives.

The smaller aperture of the 4-inch, Juno Generation 3 LED downlight offers the “designer-look”
that perfectly complements many of today’s upscale residential and commercial interiors.
These ultra-efficient fixtures produce over 600 lumens of brilliant white light, while requiring just
10.5-watts input, to deliver over 60 lumens per watt. Offered in new construction or remodel
housing styles, they are approved for use in both insulated and non-insulated ceilings. They
include push-in electrical connectors and all the easy-installation features Juno is famous for.

The Juno Retrofit LED Eyeball Trim Module is one of the most versatile, energy-efficient light
sources available today. It can easily retrofit into existing 6" recessed housings equipped with
medium-base sockets by using a convenient screw-in, quick-connect adapter (supplied). It can also
be installed in dedicated Juno new-construction or remodel housings via hard-wired quick connects
for full California Title 24 compliance. The eyeball trim offers 358-degrees rotation and up to 30-degrees

housings or dedicated quick connect housings by Juno.

All-in-one 6" LED Retrofit Eyeball Trim with integral
10.5W nominal light engine and dedicated 120V
driver. Dimmable with use of most incandescent,
magnetic and electronic low voltage wall box dimmers.
Designed for use in IC or non-IC construction. For
use in existing 6" recessed housings equipped with
medium-base sockets by using a supplied screw-in,
quick-connect adapter or dedicated Juno newconstruction or remodel housings via hard-wired
quick connects.
Medium-based socket whip
adapter included with trim.
Compatible Housings
The J6RLEG3 Retrofit LED Eyeball Trim Module is compatible with
most 6" recessed housings measuring at least 5 1/4" high with an inside diameter between 6" and 6 3/4". Removal of the housing socket
plate or socket mounting bracket may be required in order for the trim
to fit properly. Compatible housings include, but not limited to:

Performance Notes: TL602E should be located no more
than 4' from first fixture in run. With TL602E fully loaded, run
lengths longer than 18' with 12 AWG are not recommended
due to voltage drop. To avoid excessive drop in light output,
make sure the fixture voltage at the last fixture is at least 10
volts. For longer runs or remote mount transformer installation,
use magnetic transformer TL576.
