**Meets all performance requirements of UL Standard 248-12 for Class RK1 fuses.
General Information:
• Current limitation for maximum short-circuit protection.
• High speed-of-response is highly sensitive to fault currents,
but insensitive to starting current and transient surges.
• Provides long time-delay for temporary motor start-up.
• Time-delay permits 125% FLA sizing for back-up, motor
running protection.
• Help protect motors from burn-out due to single-phasing.
• Design of heat absorber reduces watts loss.
• PTP fuse tube provides resistance to arcing, moisture and
flame.
• When properly sized, provides Type 2 protection for IEC
starters.
• 2:1 coordination ratio with other LOW-PEAK or Bussmann
Class L fuses.
