Class Schedule: Provide a list of music classes you teach and the hours they meet each day. If you have any before or
after school music activities, please include those times as well. Note any times you would particularly like to have a
student assistant available.

Description of Need: How would you utilize a student assistant in your program? What duties would they undertake
and how will it benefit your students and yourself? Feel free to use the ideas listed on the information sheet or come up
with your own. Remember- the student assistant is not meant to replace an existing teacher.
