Sub: Stay particulars of STS officers – reg.
BSNL Corporate office has called for the stay particulars of 10
STS officers in order of their longest stay vide their letter No. 400-26/2003-Pers.I
dated 25/11/2005. Accordingly a list of DEs of TN Circle as per their stay in the
territorial area of TN Circle is furnished in the Annexure.
The following guidelines have been followed for arranging the DEs
according to their stay.
1. The stay is calculated right from the date of entry of the officer in the
department.
2. The stay of an officer outside the territory of TN Circle for a period less
than two years is not treated as a break except for the stations having
prescribed tenure of 1 year at the posting of an officer.
3. The officers who are due to retire on or before 31/03/2010 are not
included in the list.
You are requested to verify the correctness of the data with
reference to the Service record of the officers to avoid inconvenience.
Omissions / corrections, if any , may be intimated to this office in detail on or
before 31/12/2005. The details of Tenure Circle posting undergone by the
officers may also be indicated. In case of no report, it will be presumed that
the data as per the Annexure is correct and the stay particulars of the longest
staying officers will be furnished to Corporate office as given therein.

-2The above stay particulars will be furnished to BSNL Corporate Office
on 02/01/2006 positively and no change will be entertained there after. A
certificate to the effect that “ The stay particulars as furnished by the circle
office in their letter No. TSA/10-78/Long Stay/2005 dated
28/12/2005 in
respect of STS officers of --------- SSA have been verified from Service
Records and found to be correct” should be furnished by GM/DGM of the
SSA concerned.
For facilitating the concerned officers to verify the data this
letter alongwith the Annexure is made available in the Circle Intranet and the
office concerned may be asked to verify them and indicate corrections, if any.
