Second Year Program Final Report
In accordance with the conditional grant agreement, this report is due within 30 days of
the end of the internship.
The report can be submitted as part of a letter or as a separate document. As part of
your final report you may discuss some or all of the following topics:

Your experience as a supervisor in the Second Year Internship Program;

Managing the expectations of your proposed workplan;

Any recommended changes or enhancements to the Second Year Program;
and

Any other comments you may have.
