fitting clothes.
Costume Basics
• All cast members will need to wear brown
leggings (pants for boys), brown shirts, and dark
closed toed shoes they can dance in.
• Email me if you don’t own these items to see if I
have what your child needs.
• There may be a few exceptions.
• Additional pieces will be added to distinguish
characters.
• If you own something we can use for one of our
additional costume items, great! Otherwise, the
school will provide what is needed.
Costumes
• If you bring in the costume piece, you can take
it home after the performances or donate it.
• If the school buys the costume piece, KME
Drama will keep it for future use.
• If the costume piece is borrowed from
somewhere else, we will need it back to
return it.
Ticket sales
• Each actor gets two comp (complimentary)
tickets.
• Ms. Crawford and Coach Warner are in charge
of box office.
• Presale tickets can be purchased and
printed online from tututix.
• Tickets must be presented
at the door. You can purchase tix at
the door unless the show
is sold out.
Kelly Mill Colts Choir
• Again this year, the Kelly Mill Colts Choir will
be singing our group numbers with us during
the performances of Lion King Kids!
Double Casting
• All named characters are double cast.
• When named characters are not performing
on stage, they will be performing with the
choir.
• There will be two performances at WFHS. If
we sell out during presale, we may add
additional shows, but this is unlikely.
Rehearsing
• There will be some rehearsals where the
entire cast will be called.
• There will be some rehearsals where only
certain characters will be called.

• I will post which students are called to
rehearsal for the next week.
• I try to get this posted on Wednesday each
week.
• Only called students should come to
rehearsal.

• Dress rehearsals on March 25, 28, &29.
Friday, Monday, and Tuesday. Times are TBA.
• TBA Dance Weekend at Kelly Mill.
• Performances are March 30-31. That is a
Wednesday & Thursday. They are scheduled
to be in the West Forsyth High School
auditorium. Time is TBA.
