Your child must choose and complete at least three of the activities for weekly homework. The activities must make a tic-tac-toe line: horizontal, vertical, or diagonal. Spelling Comic Strip-Create a comic strip using each of your spelling words. Memory Game-Make pairs of word cards. Flip them over and try to match the pairs. Practice TestTake a practice test. This is especially good for Thursday night! Spell words with alphabet macaroni (can be glued on paper) or alphabets cereal (yummy to eat). Give each letter of the alphabet a value. The students must find the value of each spelling Colorful WordsUse two different color pens to write your spelling words. Use one color to write the consonants and the other for the vowels. . ABC Order-Write your words in alphabetical order. Then write them in reverse alphabetical order. Write spelling words in white crayon, then paint over them with watercolor paint. The white word.
