– CCL sends you an invitation email to access your Benchmarks for
Executives account

– You submit your rater list online
– You complete your “self” survey online
– You monitor your rater status online

– Raters’ deadline for completing surveys

– Identify how the Benchmarks for Executives participants will get their
reports (feedback workshop, one on one session, etc.)
– Confidential debrief session of your report with certified facilitator
– Draft your development plan
