DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist with various clerical functions such as filing, typing and copying. Good customer
service attitude. Data input: spreadsheets. Must be self-motivated and highly organized.
Accuracy and detail a must.
REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES:
Provide data entry in Mainsave, excel, word. Be able to research and conduct field
investigations relating to the rental units. Accuracy and organization skills are a must;
enjoy working in a fast-paced and multi-interruption environment. Analytical skills,
flexible duties and good customer service attitude. Good attendance is important.
Facilities’ student workers all assist in heavy labor duties i.e. wash vehicles, special events,
inventory, etc. and require specific technical skills relative to each area in which they are
hired.

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week 7:00 am – 5:00 pm M-F
Number of Weeks: 12
Pay Range: $10.50 - $11.00/Hr
