ZTE _Telenor SDR Swap (Complete Swap )

I am working in LCC as a RF Engineer Team member from June 2012 at ZTE _
Telenor complete Swap project in south Region. The key responsibilities include
1. Perform Pre Drive Test of almost all clusters in south region using TEMS
Investigation 8.0.3.
2. Monitor Rx Level, RX Quality, C/I and SQI in Idle and Dedicated mode during
Drive Testing.
3. Perform SSV (Single Site Verification) of Telenor sites before swap (Nokia
Siemens) to compare the performance of sites after swap to ZTE.
4. Perform EDGE Testing and FTP Testing (uploading and downloading) from
Internal and External ZTE Server during Cluster DT as per requirement of
operator and vendor.
5. Perform TRX Testing at each sector and check intra cell handover.
6. Check Hopping channel, Hopping frequencies, MAIOS and HSN of each
sector.
7. Indicate Full and Partial swap on the site.
8. Create Routes for Drive Test of each Cluster on MAPINFO and open these
routes in TEMS Investigation to perform DT.
9. Create log files and then import these log files at MAPINFO for the purpose of
Reporting.
10. Perform Post DT of those Clusters which was swap to ZTE.

ZTE _Telenor SDR Swap Karachi ( Pilot Project )

I worked in ZTE as a RF Engineer for 5 months at Telenor Pakistan GSM (2.5 G) SDR
swap Trial Project (South Region-Karachi) as a RF Team Member for Radio Network
Planning from December 2011. The key responsibilities include
1. Performing Drive testing (Idle, dedicated, GPRS) using TEMS investigation
8.2.5 for GSM network
2. Using TEMS Investigation 8.2.5 in Drive Testing and Analysis of log files.
3. Handling Customer Complains.
4. Identifying Intra/Inter cell Handover Failures /LAC Update Failure and Missing
Neighbor Issue.
5. Identifying reasons of Call Drop and Block Call Issue, Rx Quality and C/I
Measurements in dedicated mode.
6. KPI Analysis, identify and resolved Issue of the problematic site.
7. Identify Causes of RF Interference, Handover Failures, Overshooting, PingPong and Margin, antenna orientation, and tilt and antenna heights.
8. ZTE-Telenor 43-Sites Trial Swap project, integrating new ZTE 3G ready sites
into Telenor network.
