1. Approval of the Agenda by consent vote

3. HR/UPS Updates
The Board of Trustees approved the proposed plan. It goes to JOCR in February.
Also, until title and total compensation analysis, all benefits will stay the same.
4. Supplemental Pay Plan
Before July 1, most classified employees are not in broadbanded positions. The UPS
recommendation is to broadband all classified positions, which is believed likely to
happen. Per conversation regarding the use of the Supplemental Pay Plan,
discretionary merit compensation is available to an employee once every fiscal year.
5. Senate Support Position
The offer was accepted and the individual will start Feb. 4.
6. Elections and Appointments Sub-committee
Travis Schute is interested and has been appointed by Greg Bies.
7. Awards and Recognition Sub-committee – no report
8. Marketing Sub-committee
For a newsletter, content may include: awards, elections, schedule of events,
meetings, contacts, and a letter from the chair.
9. Constitution and Bylaws Sub-committee – no report
