The University reserves the right to cancel one or all of the courses listed, should enrollment, in the
judgment of the University, be insufficient. If a cancellation occurs, the University will pay a prorated

cancellation occurs before the first class meeting.

agreement between Portland State University and the American Federation of Teachers which requires
that we withhold a “fair share” contribution from your pay once per month and, upon request, right to a
professional evaluation every six terms worked.
