INTRODUCTION
Introduction
Intergeotherm JSC
was established to joint efforts of various organizations in
promoting and developing geothermal energy in Russia, to provide
legal, technical, and consulting support, to assist Government
agencies in preparing and making decisions that can affect rights
and interests of the company’s partners in the field of geothermal
energy development.
Intergeotherm JSC works in close contact with leading research
institutes, manufacturing and energy companies in Russia, Great
Britain, Germany, France, the USA, Yugoslavia, Nicaragua, Island,
Japan, New Zealand, Ukraine, etc.

Objectives and Tasks
Developing and extending geothermal investigations; studying geothermal
resources; developing geothermal technology; increasing the efficiency of
geothermal fluid comprehensive utilization for heat and power generation,
greenhouse industry, pools (operating on thermal water), balneology, etc,; wide
utilization of geothermal energy to substitute fossil fuel and transfer to local
renewable energy resources, in order to improve the ecological situation by
reducing harmful substances and greenhouse gas emission into the atmosphere;
Exchanging information and disseminating results of geothermal activity;
Studying and promoting advanced technical and management experience;
Preparation and holding seminars, scientific and practical conferences and
business meetings.
